Yes. Seed is free for a small school (up to 75 students) and is genuinely usable. When you outgrow it you move up a plan, and your data stays put.
No. Each plan has a flat monthly price and a size limit (students and staff). You only move up when your school does.
Annual billing is ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free.
Not yet. Schoolios is in alpha: it runs a whole school day to day, and we are building the rest with our first schools. Features and screens can still change, and what is coming is on the roadmap. Early schools get our attention and a say in the order.
In-app notices and email work today. SMS and WhatsApp are on the roadmap: they need a registered sender, and they are a real per-message cost, so when they arrive each paid plan will include a monthly allowance and anything beyond it is billed at cost.
Yes. Students (with their guardians) and staff import from an Excel or CSV sheet. You see every problem in a preview before anything is saved, and we help with the first load. Photos and PDFs of registers cannot be read; those are typed in or sent to us. Bulk import is on Bloom and above.
Only people you give a role to. Every change is recorded with who made it and why, and families can only see their own children.
